Beyond the Beige is a monthly yarn club from For the Love of Yarn.

Each month explores a different emotional theme through colour — combining colour theory, mood, and creative freedom. Every box is designed to give you permission to enjoy colour your own way, without trends, rules, or expectations.

This is yarn chosen because it feels right, not because it’s fashionable.

Each Radiant Rebellion box includes:

•  Exclusive hand-dyed yarn colourways
Dyed especially for the club and not available anywhere else.

• One collectable Mood Lab card
A tarot-style card exploring the month’s mood, colour story, and a gentle creative prompt aimed to inspire you.

• Themed extras
Each month we will include notions and extras that compliment your box.

• A monthly rebellion
A playful invitation to break a rule, ignore a trend, or enjoy colour without pressure.

There’s no homework and no right way to engage — take what you need from each box. The aim is to expand your choices and learn along the way.

January comes with a lot of pressure — to be calm, organised, and “sorted” immediately.

This month’s theme, Anxiously Sparkly, rebels against that.

It celebrates the jittery, hopeful, glittering feeling of starting again without pretending everything is fine. Bright, emotional colour paired with permission to keep going gently, imperfectly, and honestly.

There is obligation with this club - sign up for 2 months, 5 months, all year - you have complete control over your subscription in your customer portal.
